DAY 2

1 handful of pistachios

1 handful of mix of sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Arugula salad, mango , and avocado, seasoned with lemon juice
DAY 3

1 banana smoothie, spinach and cashew milk
1 orange
- Refreshment
1 handful of almonds
- Lunch (food)
Tomato, pomegranate, lettuce and orange salad, seasoned with lemon juice
1 slice of pineapple

1 glass of watermelon
½ avocado
- Dinner
