Yoga for the Back - Part I
Many who read us in these post surely have been found to have back pain or worse yet suffer from these permanently or very closely. For them in particular is that today we will try to leave a concise information and we will try to expand it so that they are in line with the idea that we want to shape them. Well to understand all this in a comprehensive way we will first review and understand the concepts of diseases in back pain and then we will talk about the application of Yoga, so keep in mind the following points:

Treatment of back pain in the middle area:
The treatment of back pain in the middle zone is mainly composed of conservative methods. The most common causes of this pain are sprains or muscle strains, therefore resting is recommended. Other methods include putting ice in the injured area, anti-inflammatory medication, back-up, physical therapy, surgery (in very few cases), and chiropractic treatment.
Treatment of back pain in the upper area:
The treatment of back pain in the upper area consists of massage therapy, acupuncture, stretching and strengthening exercises, ice, heat therapy, physical therapy, and manipulation as a whole (by chiropractors).
Treatment of back pain in the lower area:
The treatment of back pain in the lower area consists of the following: exercises, heat applications, anti-inflammatory medication. Sometimes, spinal surgery or epidural steroid injections can also be determined.
Ankylosing Spondylitis:
Ankylosing spondylitis is a disease that causes back pain such as inflammation of the joints between the spine and the pelvis and joints between the bones of the spine. The symptoms are back pain, heel pain, hip pain and stiffness, joint pain with inflammation of the joints in the shoulders, knees and ankles, fever, weight loss and tiredness.
Spinal Stenosis:
Spinal stenosis in a disease that causes back pain, this occurs when the space surrounding the spinal cord or spinal nerves narrows. Symptoms include numbness, pain, or weakness. Treatment ranges from spinal surgery to acupuncture and even natural remedies.
